How Microneedling Works
A sterile device creates thousands of precise micro-channels at customised depths (typically 0.25-2.0 mm). These micro-injuries trigger a three-phase repair process: inflammation, proliferation, and remodelling. Fibroblasts lay down fresh collagen and elastin, gradually improving scars, wrinkles, and overall skin quality. Targeted serums or Exosomes can be infused during treatment to further support regeneration.
