Quiana is a dedicated leader in luxury wellness and clinic operations with over 12 years of experience across renowned health and aesthetics establishments. Currently serving as Head of Clinic Operations at Amer Clinic London, she specialises in operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional client experiences. With a strong background in strategic planning and people management, Quiana has led high-performing teams and implemented innovative processes to drive business growth.

Her passion lies in fostering collaboration, enhancing service standards, and creating inspiring work environments. Since Amer Clinic’s transition under Prianka Chadha’s ownership, Quiana has played a pivotal role in shaping the clinic’s ethos and ensuring its success. Her multifaceted expertise positions her as a key figure in the aesthetics and wellness industry, committed to achieving excellence at every level.

Dr Deena’s approach to facial aesthetics is through provision of natural, ethical, holistic treatments. She always aims for "you, but enhanced". She prides herself on being able to provide a comfortable, trusting environment for patients, and is particularly good with nervous patients. Her favourite part of the job is being able to drastically improve someone’s self-confidence with simple tweakments.

Dr Deena is also a trainer in facial aesthetics at the award winning academy, Acquisition Aesthetics, where she teaches other medical professionals how to safely and effectively deliver facial aesthetics treatments. She is also a strong believer of on-going learning and has completed a Fellowship in Advanced Facial Aesthetics.

Dr. Sara MBChB BSc(Hons) is a UK-based GMC registered medical doctor and aesthetic practitioner who is deeply passionate about medicine and skincare. Graduating from the University of Leeds in 2021 and holding an Honours Degree in Management with Health Sciences from Imperial College Business School, she embarked on a journey dedicated to aesthetic medicine and skincare. Driven by her commitment to excellence, she completed foundation training and pursued a Level 7 postgraduate qualification in facial aesthetics at the renowned Harley Academy. Her exceptional achievements have been acknowledged through numerous awards at national and international medical conferences, including esteemed organisations like the British Association of Dermatology and Royal College of General Practitioners. In addition to her cosmetic expertise, Dr. Imani actively practises as a doctor at Oxford University Hospitals.

Leveraging her medical background and knowledge of facial anatomy, Dr. Sara is devoted to providing exceptional treatment and care to her clients. With a meticulous eye for detail, she endeavours to achieve seamless facial rejuvenation and natural-looking enhancements, offering comprehensive solutions for both women and men of all ages.

Instead of solely focusing on individual facial features, Dr. Imani’s approach encompasses a holistic view, considering the overall harmony of the face and the individual as a whole. With over 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, Alla is a highly skilled and passionate Ukrainian Aesthetic Practitioner based in London. Her career began at a medical college in Ukraine 14 years ago.
After completing her studies at a prestigious beauty academy in Kyiv, Alla specialised in advanced aesthetic treatments and quickly gained a reputation for her expertise. Upon relocating to the UK, Alla pursued further education to ensure her qualifications met the highest British standards, allowing her to continue her work in the UK with confidence and skill.
